This Privacy Policy is maintained by Pro Media Productions ("Pro Media Productions", "we", "us", or "our") to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about visitors, applicants, and clients ("you") when you visit joinpromedia.vip (the "Site") or engage our management and advisory services (the "Services"). We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable United States privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA/CPRA"), the California Online Privacy Protection Act ("CalOPPA"), and California's "Shine the Light" law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83).

1. Scope

This Policy covers personal information we collect through the Site, consultation and contact forms, email correspondence, onboarding, and the day-to-day delivery of our Services.   • Commercial information: services requested, engagement history, and communications with our team.
  • Internet / electronic network activity: pages viewed, referring URLs, browser and device information, and interactions with the Site collected via server logs and similar technologies.
  • Professional or partnership-related information: platform handles, channel URLs, analytics, content niche, and business goals shared during application or onboarding.
  • Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Inferences: assessments of fit for our Services drawn from the categories above.
  • Sensitive personal information: account credentials for platforms you authorize us to manage, and — only where you voluntarily provide it — government-issued ID used to verify age/identity for regulated platforms. We use sensitive personal information only for the purposes permitted by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121 (to perform the Services, prevent fraud, and ensure security).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information (a) directly from you through forms and communications, (b) automatically through server logs and analytics tools when you use the Site, and (c) from third-party platforms and service providers you connect to us (for example, analytics dashboards you share access to).

4. How and Why We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following business purposes:

  • With your direction: when you ask us to interact with a platform, brand, or partner on your behalf.

We do not "sell" personal information for money, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We have not knowingly done so in the preceding twelve months. Our Services are strictly for adults 18 years of age or older; we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

6. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Because there is not yet an industry consensus on how to respond to browser-level "Do Not Track" signals, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we securely delete, de-identify, or anonymize it.

Access to submissions is restricted to authorized team members, and platform credentials shared with us for account management are handled with strict confidentiality. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Authorized agent: you may designate an agent to submit requests on your behalf; we will verify their authority as required by law.
  • Shine the Light: California residents may request information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.

We will verify your request by matching information you provide with what we already hold and will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, with one 45-day extension when reasonably necessary). You may also appeal a denied request by replying to our response.

10. Notice of Financial Incentive

We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for the collection, sale, or retention of personal information.

11. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Oregon, Texas, and Montana) may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing. 12. International Users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
